VANESA STAGNOLI
CEO, Founder of Black and White Construction
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Vanesa brings a unique blend of vision, creativity, and precision to every project. She has a deep love for drafting and blueprinting, and finds true joy in turning ideas into something real. Raised with the mindset that "things should be done right the first time," she carries that standard into every aspect of her work. As the founder of Black and White Construction, Vanesa is hands-on with every build, ensuring that each project is completed with excellence, care, and on schedule.
Bransen Vilardo

Bransen is a dedicated and driven professional whose excellence began early in life. A standout student and athlete, he led as quarterback through middle and high school before following a personal calling to study abroad in Israel. After returning to the U.S., he earned a degree in business and scored among the top in the nation on the GMAT. Bransen became a licensed General Contractor in 2021 and has since committed himself to serving the Southwest Florida region with precision, professionalism, and a deep respect for the craft of building.

Valentina is a focused and driven individual with a clear passion for building and leadership. A proud graduate of the Class of 2024, she earned high honors through the AICE Cambridge program, academic scholarships, and years of recognition in the National Honor Society. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a builder. Now pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture, Valentina brings a strong work ethic, natural leadership, and creative vision to the team. She oversees crew coordination and leads our marketing efforts with a sharp eye for detail and design.
