This thorough documentation guarantees that each component meets our exacting standards.

BUDGET & SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
Our Project Coordinator obtains competitive bids from our trusted network of subcontractors and vendors, using your finalized Specifications Guide as a blueprint. This process secures a transparent overall budget. Once permits are in place, you’ll receive a Decision Deadline Schedule, ensuring the project remains on track and stress-free throughout every phase.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Experience the benefits of a dedicated team approach. Our Operations Manager employs state-of-the-art scheduling software to monitor every phase of your project, keeping you informed at all times. Meanwhile, our financial team meticulously tracks expenses and provides detailed monthly updates, and our administrative experts manage all insurance and lien release details. HOME CONSTRUCTION
We pride ourselves on being a ‘white glove’ builder. At Black and White Construction, we handle every aspect of construction, acting as your single point of contact for subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and city inspectors. Your Project Manager will be on-site daily, ensuring all work is completed to our rigorous specifications, using premium materials and expert techniques to bring your vision to life.
07.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Our comprehensive close-out process guarantees your complete satisfaction. An independent inspector conducts a full review, followed by a detailed walk-through with your Project Manager and our customer service team to address any finishing touches. Upon project completion, you’ll receive a Close-Out Package that includes all contracts, invoices, releases, city documents, manuals, warranties, and a full photographic record of your project.

ON-GOING CARE
Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in.
